Why do online PR?

The public relations manager at Best Western Hotels, writes to PR Week to ask; ‘why do online PR?’

Perhaps the simple answer is because people talk about you online, that chatter impacts on your reputation and public relations is all about reputation.

And who doesn’t Google a hotel before booking a room nowadays?
