End of political billboards: public relations opportunity missed
There seems to be little outcry over the proposed death of political billboards, which is a great mistake
Like most forms of communication the billboard has its place, getting over the best and worst ideas in the most succinct form and creating great media relations opportunities. And for many the Conservatives’ ‘Are You Thinking What We’re Thinking?’ campaign did much to expose the common prejudice behind the claim to common sense and help define the ideological battle.
